Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made before July 1, 2025:
The full amount will be refunded minus an administration fee of 350 DKK.
Cancellations made on July 1, 2025, or later:
No refunds are possible, but the transfer of the participant fee and/or hotel room to another person is free of charge. For cancellations or name changes, please contact: reg@meetingplanners.dk.
The above terms apply to the participant fee, social events, and accommodation booked through the registration page.
Registration to NOKIAS 2025
If you need to register multiple participants at once but don’t have all the names ready, simply write your first name followed by +1, etc., for the other registrations. Later, when you have all the names, just log in via the link you receive and update the registrations with the correct names.
Participant Fee
Early bird until August 1, 2025: DKK 3,750.00. After August 1, 2025: DKK 4,500.00
Social Events
October 1: Opening reception at Copenhagen City Hall: DKK 0.00
October 2: Congress dinner: DKK 900.00
Registration, hotel, and social events are charged in Danish kroner (DKK). The participant fee is exempt from VAT.

Hotel bookings can be made during the registration process. Read more here.
Payment
Payment must be made within 8 days after registration, either via bank transfer, EAN, or credit card.
