Registration to NOKIAS 2025
If you need to register multiple participants at once but don’t have all the names ready, simply write your first name followed by +1, etc., for the other registrations. Later, when you have all the names, just log in via the link you receive and update the registrations with the correct names.
Participant Fee
Early bird until July 1, 2025: DKK 3,750.00. After July 1, 2025: DKK 4,500.00
1-day fee, October 2 or 3: DKK 2.500,00
Social Events
October 1: Opening reception at Copenhagen City Hall: DKK 0.00
October 2: Congress dinner: DKK 900.00
Registration, hotel, and social events are charged in Danish kroner (DKK). The participant fee is exempt from VAT.

Payment
Payment must be made within 8 days after registration, either via bank transfer, EAN, or credit card.
Cancellation made on 1 July 2025 or later: No refund possible, but transferring the participation fee and/or the hotel room to another person is free.
