We are pleased to invite you to participate as an exhibitor at the NOKIAS Congress in Copenhagen. We continue a long-standing Nordic tradition of a joint congress for our Nordic colleagues in anesthesia and intensive care nursing, a tradition of hosting a congress every three years since 1977. We are looking for one or more main partners/sponsors for our Congress.

The exhibition will take place in the break area outside the plenary hall. All refreshments and coffee breaks for participants will be held in the exhibition area. Stand setup is possible from Wednesday, October 1 at 6:00 PM.

Setup / Dismantling

Setup: Wednesday 1 October from 18:00 (setup must be finalised by 08.00 Thursday 2 October)

Dismantling: Friday 3 October from 15.45 (must be finalised by 18.00)

Shipments to booths

From 25 September 2025 to the hotel. All deliveries must be clearly marked with NOKIAS 2025 and your booth number.

Booth furnitures

Conference chair(s) and conference table(s) 60x120 cm are included, no need to pre order.

Delivery of Booth Materials to the Conference Hotel

Booth materials can be delivered to the conference hotel starting from September 25, 2025.

All shipments must be labeled as follows:
